Size does not fit. How can I return and exchange for a correct size?

For a quick process of your size exchange, please go to our Return Center and submit your exchange request. We will email you a prepaid shipping label upon approval. The exchanged size will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

If you prefer to receive the exchanged item earlier, you can make a new purchase with the correct size on rororowear.com. We will issue a full refund of your new order once we receive your returned item.
